I’m a Finnish composer and producer, based in London, creating music under the name Emmi Maaria. My work blends folk and pop with classical sounds, weaving together tradition and contemporary greatness.

Right now, I’m working on a concept album called Daughters, inspired by personal and shared stories from women across cultures. Alongside the music, I’ve started Letters to Mothers—an open project where women are invited to write letters to their mothers and share them. The aim? To spark understanding, connection, and dialogue across generations while shaping the emotional landscape of the album.
